For his part, Darkem Joseph former Secretary General of the Constitutional Council, is appointed Deputy Secretary General of the Supreme Court.

At the end of the Forum of Institutional Reforms and Constitutional Reform, the Supreme Court now takes over the functions of the High Court of Justice, the Court of Accounts and the Constitutional Council.
